Discoveries

Today I discovered several things.

1. I can only paint for two hours straight. Apparently I have a limit. Good thing I didn't decide to be an artist by profession.
2. You cannot renew any Juvenile books in the campus library. Worst rule if you ask me. Especially because re-tellings of fairy tales are considered "Juvenile." Which happen to be one of my favorite things to read. I am not a Juvenile!
3. All Freshman Mentoring envelopes including American Heritage that we offer contain a m/w/f class at noon. So if you have a noon conflict, there is nothing I can do to help you. My apologies. 
4. If you carry freshly picked apricots around an apartment complex and offer them to people you can make lots of friends. 
5. Kesha's "Your love is my drug" makes me smile. 
6. The secret to Brazilian soccer amazing-ness. 
7. I like the freedom of not having a set picture to paint from. Deciding for myself where trees should go and where the spots on trees should be is really exciting. The power of creation. 
8. I am super excited to go home in two days!! Honestly I think this is the most I've been excited to go home since I came to college. Not that I haven't been excited before, but this time I'm extreme excited!!!! Yay!!
