So it happened...

I finished up the semester, classes ended, and I left.

After driving cross country and arriving back on the wonderful East Coast, I spent my break before my internship doing all sorts of enjoyable things including:

 - Starting to become a yoga master or a yogini as we're called in class

- Watching the entire Lizzie Bennet Diaries and becoming obsessed

- Watching It's a Wonderful Life for the first time ever

- Waking up at 7 am every day (curse you internal clock)

- Stitching. A lot. 

- Going to the movie theater more times than I think I've gone in the past several years (aka twice)

- Trying but not succeeding in having a complete Harry Potter movie marathon

- Discovering the entertainment of Snapchat

- Visiting South Carolina

- Making candles

I also prepared for a new phase of life by getting a

- new haircut

- new glasses

 - new coat

- new shoes

- new room

- new laptop

So pretty much a new life.

Monday starts my internship which really, as cliche as it sounds, feels like it will be the first day of the rest of my life. After the internship, who knows what will happen. 

So, as scary as Monday feels, I'm trying to be excited about it. 

It's new. It's going to be great. And I can handle it.
