Tender Mercies

Today I was feeling homesick. One of the few times since coming to college that I have truly been homesick. I was looking at pictures and came across some of our church building back home and I almost started crying. I just wanted to go back there. Back to the state, back to my family, and back to the way things used to be.

Then I went visiting teaching and the girls I visited made my day a million times better. They were both super cute and fun to talk to and they are amazing! We were talking and laughing and having a great time. I'm so excited to teach them and get to know them this semester. I feel like it was one of those times when I got more out of the visit than my girls did. Maybe they had an awesome time too, I hope they did, but they made my day!
